AUDRAY JULIEN
Audray Julien was quickly drawn to a multidisciplinary approach to the arts. The study of music, literature and movement through artistic gymnastics and dance became indispensable early on. Feeling her passion for dance taking shape, she completed the pre-university program at Cégep de Drummondville in 2012, then, that of L'École de danse contemporaine de Montréal in 2015. It was at this establishment that she had the chance to approach the work of numerous choreographers, including Mélanie Demers, O Vertigo, Lina Cruz, the French collective (LA) Horde, Frédérick Gravel and Caroline Laurin Beaucage/Martin Messier. Since graduating, she has worked with the Castel_Blast collective, Parts+Labour Danse, 14 Lieux/Martin Messier and PPS Danse, among others. Audray wishes to invest herself in projects that exude both poetic and physical power.
