Le Trésor

Dancing. Some songs. A puppet. A universe of a thousand finds.

Inspired by a deep attachment to song, Pierre-Paul Savoie (1955-2021) has drawn from the Quebec musical repertoire to create Le Trésor, his latest interdisciplinary creation. Songs by Vigneault, Léveillée and Leclerc are combined with those composed by Alexandre Désilets, Alexis Dumais and Lise Vaillancourt (lyrics) to create a choreography that oscillates between ardour and poetry, between gentleness and tonicity. Richard Morin‘s visual universe transposed the scenic space he created comes alive in an enchanting movement. Le Trésor takes a luminous look at childhood, at the joy, freedom and spontaneity of play, and at the complicity shared with pets, in this case a cat, the guardians of our most intimate secrets. Rooted in values of humanity, fraternity and sharing, Le Trésor reveals the greatness of the little ones.
