- The studio is available for rental for rehearsals or dance classes, on an occasional or regular basis throughout the year.
- The completely renovated 1,000 sq. ft. creative space is located in the heart of Montreal's Mile End district, and is bathed in natural light.
- It is equipped with numerous amenities: kitchen, bathroom and meeting room.

– Organismes : 15.25$/ h + taxes - Pour l’enseignement :
– Artiste indépendant, maximum 9 élèves : 16,50$/ h + taxes
10 élèves et plus : 21.5$/ h + taxes
– Compagnie, organisme : 21.5$/h + taxes
