Originaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, elle poursuit ses \u00e9tudes en danse \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00c9cole de danse contemporaine de Montr\u00e9al (2013-2016).\u00a0 Passionn\u00e9e par la capacit\u00e9 sensible, expressive et empathique du corps, Cara est interpr\u00e8te-collaboratice avec H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Remou\u00e9, Sarah Dell&#8217;ava, Lucy Fandel, Ariane Boulet, Sylvain \u00c9mard, et Isabelle Van Grimde. Grandement influenc\u00e9e par ses \u00e9tudes du Fighting Monkey avec Alanna Kraaijeveld et du Mouvement Authentique avec Sarah Dell&#8217;Ava, la pratique artistique de Cara se d\u00e9finit par une approche abordant le corps avec curiosit\u00e9, ouverture et rigueur. Cara s&#8217;engage aussi\u00a0 aupr\u00e8s de diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s par la conception et l\u2019animation d\u2019ateliers de m\u00e9diation culturelle avec Berceurs du temps, PPS Danse, Festival Quartier Danse, Tangente, Estelle Claireton et Bouge de l\u00e0 ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 son compte, rejoignant des personnes de tous \u00e2ges et horizons.
