ATTRACTIONS
A magnetic encounter between dance and music.
Attractions, co-produced with the Sacré Tympan company, features two dancers and two musicians. Opposite and complementary, they explore the interactive zones and forces of their respective languages by multiplying the cross-pollination, opening new scenic perspectives.
How are space and time shared? How is the musicality of the dancers expressed in contact with an instrument and, conversely, that of the musicians in relation to the dance? How do the two interpret the notions of fluidity, rhythm, tempo, silence, and execution?
Here, voices, melodic lines, and choreographic tracings compose the fragments of a magnetic exploration between dance and music.
